A serial animal rapist who would creep into a poultry farm at night to have sex with chickens and used to apologise to the animals afterwards is on an online dating 'Best-dates' looking for a 'connection'

- His bio reads "I am a real animal lover, and enjoy walking in the countryside.

- Looking for a real connection, not just a one-time thing.

- If you date me, you'll be the good looking one."

Shane Waters, who was also previously convicted of having sex with a horse and a donkey, admitted in his police interview that he could not control his ‘urges’ when it came to sexual intercourse with animals.

Burnley Crown Court also heard that he admitted to having sex with his own dog, a Great Dane, despite the fact she would bite him while he was doing so.

Waters came to the attention of the police after a farmer found four dead and several un-well looking chickens in a shed on his premises, Lower Holker Farm in Accrington

He later checked his CCTV and could see a man entering one of his chicken sheds, which had been bolted closed, and remaining inside the building for around 20 minutes.

Ms Webster said: “After he had reviewed the CCTV he went back in and found 11 dead chickens. He formed the view that something sexual had happened to them.”

The police were contacted and subsequently the RSPCA were sent to the premises to carry out an investigation. Eight chickens were taken away for examination and two were found to have traces of Waters sperm inside them.

He was later identified and visited by police, where he made full and frank admissions from the outset, stating ‘I need help, I know what you’re on about I just get these urges.’”

After his arrests for the offences against the chickens, an examination was carried out upon Waters’ dog, where traces of semen was also found.

Ms Webster said: “In his interview, the defendant admitted going onto the farm intending having sex with the chickens.

“He admitted he had been on the farm on nine previous occasions and told officers he would say sorry to the chickens when he was finished.

“He also admitted to having sexual intercourse with his Great Dane on at least five occasions at his address. He said he knew she didn’t like it and would growl and bite him.”

Judge Dodd said: “This is a case which is as unusual as it is disturbing. On two occasions on the 18th and 19th of September you broke into chicken sheds at the farm.

“You penetrated the anus of a number of chickens and ejaculated. As I understanded it at least 15 died as a result of your sordid sexual activity.

“Those who kept the chickens are understandably horrified and appalled by what you have done.

“When the police attended to arrest you, your dog was examined. Your semen was found in the vagina. You would go on to accept intercourse with your dog took place on 5-6 occasions over previous months."

He was sentenced in 2020. He was given 30 months in prison of which he served half.

In 2016, he was sentenced to just a community order for two years after being caught raping a horse and filming it.

Teacher, Jamie Varley, 37 has been FOUND GUILTY of sexually abusing and murdering 13-month-old baby Preston Davy in a campaign of horrifying abuse over 16 weeks.

His partner John McGowan-Fazakerley, 32, was found guilty of sexual assault, child cruelty and allowing the death of a child.

A port-mortem showed Preston had suffered 40 injuries - with three hospital emergency visits in the 4 months he'd been placed in their care in the process of adoption.

NO SENTENCE WILL BE LONG ENOUGH FOR THESE DESPICABLE DEPRAVED MEN.

The fact that this man was willing to post this publicly, with his full name attached, says a lot about how untouchable this community thinks they are.

These men think they can go around making threats like these, and talking about the thrills they get from “breastfeeding” helpless infants, and harassing women in public restrooms, and no one will do anything about it, because after all, we’re just women.

That is a mistake.

If they’d played it cool, or been willing to make even the tiniest of compromises, they almost certainly would have won. All they had to do was be nice about it, show a little understanding for women, and a little bit of respect when using our spaces, and society would have continued to treat them as sacred beings who must be pandered to and protected in every way possible.

They didn’t do that.

Instead, they showed themselves to be depraved, deviant, dangerous predators. They graphically threaten women with rape, torture, and death; carry signs threatening decapitation; physically assaulted women who told them “no”; openly masturbated in the public areas of women’s restrooms; oh, and let’s not forget that they’ve sucked hundreds of thousands of vulnerable children into their toxic death cult to be mutilated and sterilized.

Unsurprisingly, most people have had enough of it — and of them.

Now the tide has turned. No one cares if they get offended anymore. The backlash is coming, and it’s going to be ugly. These people have spent the last decade or so being pandered to in every possible way, and they’re not taking “no” very well. The temper tantrums are going to be epic.

So is the comeuppance.

“We were encouraged when @wesstreeting recognised the seriousness of our case and indicated a willingness to meet. That commitment now appears to have been set aside.

This issue is not theoretical, it affects frontline staff every day. We are simply asking for clarity, for the law to be applied properly, and for our dignity and safety to be respected.

We urge the current Health Secretary to honour his predecessor’s commitment, meet with us, and ensure that what happened in Darlington is never repeated elsewhere in the NHS.”

Andrea Williams, Chief Executive of the Christian Legal Centre, said:

“At a time when clarity and confidence are needed, the continued failure to ensure compliance with the law on sex and single-sex spaces across the NHS is deeply concerning.

This is a snub to the nurses who have fought for years to secure dignity, privacy and safety at work. The Health Secretary should meet them without delay, listen carefully to their concerns, and provide assurances that their right to single sex spaces will be respected."

Denmark's Bold Stand: When Animal Welfare Meets Religious Tradition 🇩🇰

In 2014, Denmark drew a line in the sand. Every animal entering a slaughterhouse must be stunned before slaughter. No exceptions. No religious exemptions. The reason? To minimize suffering in an animal's final moments. 💔

This meant the end of unstunned kosher and halal slaughter practices that had previously been permitted. Animal welfare advocates cheered. The government was clear: protecting creatures from extreme pain takes priority. 🛡️

But the response wasn't unanimous. Jewish and Muslim communities pushed back hard, arguing that Denmark was trampling on their religious freedoms and centuries-old traditions. Some observers agreed, saying governments should protect both animal welfare AND religious rights. ⚖️

The law's supporters had a counterargument though: stunning animals doesn't ban religious meat production entirely. It simply adds one step—a humane one—before the traditional process continues. Today, halal meat is still produced in Denmark when this requirement is met. Kosher meat, however, is largely imported from elsewhere. 📍

Denmark isn't alone. Other European nations have adopted similar standards, turning this into a defining debate of our era: tradition versus compassion, rights versus welfare.

So we ask you: When deeply held beliefs clash with animal suffering, where should society draw the line?
