@LNER seriously....how many failure can one journey have ? Broken air con, broken WIFI and a buffet car out of action. All on a London to Aberdeen journey and the hottest day ever at just under 40degress C.

35 deg heat and you think it acceptable to include carriages with broken air con on the 14:00 London to Aberdeen. Yet you charge full price and use the severe temperature as an excuse for the excessive departure delay from London.
