Rahul Gandhi is yet to issue a statement forgiving the Gen-Z booked for abusing him, even as he mocks Narendra Modi for issuing a statement forgiving the Gen-Z booked for abusing him.
Because for Rahul, freedom of speech is sacred right until the moment it is directed at him.
How to get attention 101 - Rahul Gandhi edition
Step 1: Switch off your own mic
Step 2: Shout that mic is off
Step 3: Say democracy is in danger
Step 4: Repeat
Script: Written by him. Direction: Done by him. Victim card: Played by him.
Kuch bhi… I receive threats too. Almost everyday. Simply because my point of view doesn’t suit a section of people.
Stop celebrating as if democracy has suddenly been restored!
What you really miss is not democracy.. you miss monopoly. You miss ur narratives, your cultural approval.
"I will not allow"
After the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, then Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil resigned. But Just two years later, the Congress-led UPA government appointed him as the Governor of Punjab.
Just Shut your mouth.
Don’t know about Rang De Basanti, but let me tell you what some of us millennials actually grew up watching.
I was in primary school during the 1993 Mumbai bombings -- too young to even understand what terrorism meant. But I distinctly remember my mom repeatedly warning me not to pick up anything lying around while playing outside because, you know, it could be a bomb.
That was childhood.
Then came the seemingly endless procession of attacks: the 1993 Mumbai blasts, Red Fort in 2000, Parliament in 2001, the Mumbai bus bombings and Akshardham in 2002, three separate blasts within eight months in Mumbai in 2003, the 2005 Delhi blasts, the 2007 Hyderabad bombings, and the 2008 Bangalore and Ahmedabad blasts.
In July 2006, I was supposed to be on one of the trains that was bombed near Mahim. I stayed back at the office because of a meeting. A completely mundane change of plans is probably the reason I’m alive to type this instead of being a name on a list of the dead.
I remember that evening far better than I remember any stupid movie. Our office went into lockdown. Phones were jammed. People were crying and frantically trying to reach their families. Nobody knew what was happening, whether there were more bombs, or whether someone they loved was lying dead inside a mangled train compartment.
Two years later came 26/11.
I had the misfortune of watching uncensored footage of the aftermath. One clip showed bodies being piled and stacked inside a makeshift room at CST while someone wheeled in another load on a bloodied wheelbarrow, with blood dripping onto the floor. The sanitised footage shown on television didn't come remotely close to what actually happened inside that station.
So yes, us millennials lived through an era where we went to work knowing that the crime of simply boarding the wrong train, getting on the wrong bus, eating at the wrong restaurant, or standing on the wrong street at the wrong fucking moment could get you blown to pieces or riddled with bullets.
Some of us literally went to work wondering, somewhere at the back of our minds, whether this would be the commute we wouldn't come home from.
So please, spare us millennials this sanctimonious horseshit about Rang De Basanti and what some Bollywood movie supposedly should have taught us about how to vote.
@CurranSM did you just celebrate by telling fuck off to Virat Kohli after you took his wicket? Let us see what you do at the World cup. Winners ny boundary count 🤣
I will come back to this tweet in 2027. ✅️📝
@MohammadKaif Gambhir needs to be made accountable for such poor run of form and such baffling decisions. India's last 4 ODI series against SENA. Last 3 (Aus, NZ and Eng) and won 1 (SA) that too at home. A star like Ashwin had enough and retired mid series.
Pakistani deep state agenda being pushed in this letter by so called “concerns citizens” of India and Pakistan. No word on Pakistan sponsored terrorism. No word on Terrorist in Chief Asim Munir. Nothing on Pahalgam, Pulwama, Uri, Nagrota and Pathankot. Shameful. Cowardly.
A year ago, during #OperationSindoor, our armed forces showcased their valour and gave a firm response to those who attacked our people. Every Indian is proud of our armed forces. As a mark of respect to our forces and their success during #OperationSindoor, let us all change our display pictures on social media, including X, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp to the picture shared below.

Mallikarjun Kharge, in broad daylight, calls PM Modi a “TERRORIST”, not in some closed-room rant, but on stage, with cameras rolling.
This isn’t opposition. This isn't criticism. This is straight-up Pakistan’s echo chamber wearing Congressi badge.
When a party president labels India’s Prime Minister, the man who crushed terror at its roots, a terrorist, you’ve officially become the enemy within.
Congress isn’t fighting PM Modi anymore. They’re fighting India, and the mask is, yet again, off.
It appears that this post was written by someone in the USA and then sent to Rahul Gandhi to post from his account.
My guess is that it was written in George Soros’s office in New York.
The word "gerrymander" is typically used in US politics for delimitation. This word was coined by former US Vice President Elbridge Gerry in 1812.
The writer of this post was apparently not aware that this word is not commonly used in India and you can't expect the brain from Rahul Gandhi.
If Dawn News sources are to be believed, very shocking news is coming out of Pakistan.
Pakistan government did not pay a single penny to Serena Hotel for organizing the peace talks between Iran and the US.
Now, the hotel owner has written emails to Washington and Tehran, asking for help in clearing the dues.
What was meant to be a showcase of diplomatic ambition has instead turned into yet another moment of global embarrassment for Pakistan.
Iran has waived all toll charges for every ship heading to India. This is exactly how India’s foreign diplomacy delivers real results
