I’m blessed to announce my commitment to Fresno Pacific University to continue my academic and athletic journey. Thank you to my friends, family, and coaches for always being by my side and believing in me through it all. Go Sunbirds!!🔵🟠
As someone who loves numbers it's still important to remember that no single rating will correctly evaluate every player. Someone will always be left out. But when you focus in on the individual WAR scores (offensive & pitching), it's a pretty good snapshot of talent!
Congratulations @mattmaxon2026 and @AlanGon03364318, well deserved. I’m thankful I got a chance to compete with and against you both. Big things ahead for these 2 dudes representing the 831!

My NorCal prep leaderboards go back to 2022, which allows me to track the c/o 2025 through all 4 seasons of varsity baseball. Here's my best attempt at a career WAR ranking for the graduating class.
29 players earned 10+ WAR; 5 earned 15+; One earned 20+ (@QuintenMarsh24)
End of season updates are still happening, but it's been too long since I've posted the NorCal ⚾️ leaders. So here's a side-by-side, top 💯 hitters (BaGS+) & pitchers (DIGS+). It's @IanJosephson7 leading the offensive side & @CameronMillar07 at #1 for pitchers!
Just reviewed my 2025 baseball stats and there's always room to improve! Here's how I did compared to the league this season. Onwards and upwards! #BaseballStats#WorkInProgress
Perfect Game has a nice 10-point player rating system, where 5 is an average varsity player, 7 is a college prospect, 8 is a possible draft pick, & so on. That's based on scouting.
I took my best stab at converting my BaGS/DIGS ratings to a 10-pt scale to compare. Here's c/o '25
Dezmond Corn drives in Salinas' only run a 5-1 loss to Hollister. Jordan Isla and Quentin Dominguez each have hits, while Evan Le strikes out four over four innings
