सेक्टर 71 अंडरपास की दीवारों पर चित्रकला की जगह उसकी रोड ठीक करना ज्यादा उचित होगा।
अत्यंत खराब, uneven, bumpy, accident prone रोड जहां वाहन चलाना अत्यंत मुश्किल।
जबसे सीमेंट रोड के ऊपर डामरीकरण हुआ, तबसे रोड का सत्यानाश हो गया। Design flaw. NOID(E)A

Around 15 @UPSRTCHQ buses from sector 35 depot NOIDA are parked on the road near CNG station for refueling creating a traffic jam @Noidatraffic of around 1 1/2 km due to bottleneck. It took around 15 minutes to cross the stretch.

The situation is not improving since the laying of the sewage line. Though I am not the expert, there seems to be a fault with the layout.

Immediate attention is needed.

Worst Society Mahagun Mywoods @mahagungroup. Lifts not working since 40 days, Payments to @OtisElevatorCo not made by @Mahagun_India though society charges are deducted through prepaid meters.

@mahagungroup @CBRE @OtisElevatorCo I think you should not await a medical emergency with a resident. Tower 4 has heart patients and kidney patients who are on dialysis. There could be an emergency and due to not functional lifts, medical aid may not reach timely. An immediate remedy is needed.

@mahagungroup @CBRE @OtisElevatorCo I am a resident of Mahagun Mywoods Tower 4. The P2 lift is not functional for around 3 weeks now. Children coming back from schools in dire summer are the biggest sufferers who keep on waiting for the lift for 20 to 25 mins to get in.

The children, women, elderly, and patients are suffering. The kidney patient in my family kept waiting for the lift for 16 minutes to go to the ground floor.
