Extremely disappointed with @help_delhivery and @Lenskart_com . My shipment (AWB: 34466722280225) was moved to self-pickup status without a single call or delivery attempt by the delivery partner. Customers shouldn't be forced to collect orders because of delivery negligence.

How was the return marked successful without OTP verification or delivery of the return package?
Requesting an immediate investigation and proof of return delivery. Please resolve this issue urgently.
