Green/pink line appeared on my Xiaomi 13 Pro in normal use. No damage.

Service report says only “cosmetic wear & tear” but warranty rejected without proof.

@radeeh @XiaomiIndia @XiaomiSupport Facing the same issue with my Xiaomi 13 Pro. Green/pink line appeared during normal use and my claim was also denied citing scratches.

This seems to be a recurring problem. Hoping for a fair resolution for all affected users.
