Very disappointed with grievance handling for my Xiaomi 13 Pro. Level 2 grievance request denied without fair escalation, and the call handling was aggressive , discourteous -when I requested a written estimate. I am a loyal Xiaomi user since Mi 3, @leijun@XiaomiIndia

placed an order for the pixel 7 on and delivery date was given as 16th tracking number FMPP2063011443. On the 16th 11am it was out for delivery and as it was an exchange order I had reset my old phone.36 hrs passed I am still waiting. Feels like house arrest.
