@airindia ur staff at boarding misleads and makes fake promises. They requested me to accommodate and give my bag for check in, promised repetitively that my luggage will be sent on priority but it actually came absolute last, I had to wait for literally an hour to get it.

The gentleman gave me repeated assurance that he’s sending my luggage in priority, he even told his name and told to take his number. I would like to hear back names of the male crew at the bording gate n will identify..
