@MSEDCL Power issue is now resolved in Thane West. One suggestion for MSEDCL — whenever an electricity issue happens, customers should receive updates and estimated resolution time through SMS notifications. Hope MSEDCL takes this seriously.

Booked Train 05033 via MakeMyTrip (PNR: 2949383577). Boarding: Tundla→Bandra.
Train doesn’t stop at Tundla. Spent ₹4500 to reach Mathura. Train 7 hrs late.
On arrival, my confirmed seat was given to someone else.

@makemytripcare I already provided all details multiple times via call and messages. Closing the ticket without resolving the issue is not acceptable.
