I help founders solve complex growth problems by finding the real constraint, designing the right strategy, and building systems that drive sustainable growth.
I’m a Growth Strategist.
I work with founders and teams to understand what’s actually holding their growth back and what needs to change.
I don’t look at growth as just a marketing or acquisition problem.
I look across the business:
• Market & ICP
• Product & customer value
• Positioning
• GTM & acquisition
• Sales & conversion
• Retention
• Pricing & monetization
• Revenue & growth economics
The process is pretty simple:
Understand the business → diagnose the problem → find the root cause → prioritize the right moves → execute → measure.
Sometimes the bottleneck is distribution.
Sometimes it’s positioning, product value, sales, retention, pricing, or simply going after the wrong customer.
The important part is figuring out which one actually matters before throwing more resources at the problem.
I mainly work with B2B SaaS, AI, software and technology companies.
Here I share my thinking through business teardowns, growth frameworks, research, and lessons from working with founders.
If you’re building a company and trying to understand where growth is getting stuck, that’s the kind of problem I like working on.
When you say “marketing,” what does that actually mean to you?
If you know what’s holding you back and what’s actually driving growth, you won’t fall into the trap of chasing generic marketing tactics.
Know the bottleneck first.
Then decide what to do.
Not a celebrity, hope it’s a good start.
Looking forward to connecting with more founders and builders.

A lot of the AI startups we see today came from one simple question
What does the user actually want to accomplish with an LLM?
LLMs launched years ago.
The startups came from finding the jobs people wanted to get done with them.
The more you define and refine the job your customer wants to accomplish, the more startup ideas you’ll discover.
The opportunity is often not in inventing a new problem.
It’s in understanding the job better.
@itsvlady Before spend single dollar extract the pattern why user pay and what they achieve and do they find it useful and all.
Again go manual , reach out people by your self and try to sell.
Now spend on what can speed up things
Haha I know that but you know numbers matter we can pretend like celebrities 🤣.
Most are here just trying to get enabled x creative program , no quality convo. I know that.
I’m trying to reach some quality connections. I just want to have a real convo
Anyway. We can connect 😅
MVP and MLV can become excuses in the AI era for the work you never did.
Stop hiding behind the label.
Validate the problem.
Do the groundwork."
Then build.
