@EducatorLoren I think that most students do favor face-to-face learning, as it is their norm. People, generally, do not like change! I feel the younger generations who have experienced distance education in elementary school will be more favorable to it for higher education. #DistEd534

@KistaPowell Using games to learn is a great way to break up the monotony of learning, in school or at work. I like that the article mentions using single and multi-player game options. Some students feel more anxiety about doing group games and can perform worse in those settings. #DistEd534

@Stallings_MA The good thing about Gen Z is that they have had experience with distance education due to the pandemic. Unlike older generations, the switch to online courses won't be such a shock, although the switch from synchronous to asynchronous may be difficult still #DistEd534

A blended program, or flipped-classroom, approach to nursing education can be effective. However, many students are not used to a self-directed approach, and programs should ease students into such approaches to decrease stress and maintain retention. #DistEd534
