Associations should not left the issue of faulty CDS, just because financial year has been passed and PLI of relative year has been credited. Demand should be for retrospective amendments.

@idesibanda it should be treated as financial scam and like a daylight robbery on the legitimate dividend of deprived employees. Banks are not making any effort to improve the CDS system, no grievance is entertained.
CDS is lottery, PLI is lottery, and lottery does not suits workforce.(2/3)

@idesibanda Unions should pursue for roll back/improvement of faulty CDS grade system for scale-4 and above. Unions are claiming victory because of PLI kept on abeyance, but not talking about discrimination already made by bank management for FY 24-25 based on bogus CDS system. (1/3)

1. CDS system is fair with less influence of seniors while awarding grades.
2. Either roll back or pay equal to all remaining amount under PLI.
3.fair probe based on grievances raised by aggrieved employees regarding faulty CDS.

1. Why CDS system was allowed to pay PLI, when there are thousands of of grievances are already unresolved.
2. No feedback is being honoured from suffering staff.

Govt has been persuaded to rethink its policy of discriminatory PLI. However, a scam has been executed in banks by distributing a hefty cash among few officers on the basis of faulty CDS system which is totally unacceptable from our own bank management and (1/2)

Banking is known for high standard of morality, while there is zero evidence in the particular case of PLI. Accountability should be fixed (2/3)

United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) calls for bank strikes on September 11, followed by a three-day strike from September 28 to 30, and an indefinite strike beginning October 26, 2026.

The bank strikes have been called for the implementation of the five-day banking week, as agreed in the Settlement/Joint Note signed on March 8, 2024, the withdrawal of the government's Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme, the modification of the incentive scheme through bilateral talks, and the resolution of pending residual issues
