A $65.44 refund issued on June 4 to my Citi MasterCard ending in 1761
has not posted. Citi says they cannot trace it without the ARN.
PayPal chat support could not provide it.
Can you help me obtain the ARN?

@AskPayPal Bought on eBay via PayPal (Citi card) on June 2 and cancelled right away. PayPal shows refund issued, but after 14 days it's still not on my Citi card.
Direct Citi payment refunds appear instantly.
Why is PayPal so slow???
Never using it again. 😤
