Booked flight with @qrsupport@qatarairways paid for seats. Now flight got cancelled due to their operational issues but they refused to refund seat that being paid. How can this my fault?

ordered @JoMaloneLondon in time, wasn’t dispatched for days then tracking said would be available but it’s not. Our Mother’s Day ruined and very disappointed!
@Ryanair there is no t&c on this or * for changing date. Very misleading!!! Now been told the 1st flight need to pay change fee after announcements from gov quarantine for portugal.
@CPWTweets am I ever going to get a response from you? My 14 days cooling off period to cancel my contract is overdue, there has been absolutely no response to my email. There is also no contact centre and no webchat. So frustrating!
@O2 asked 2 simple questions on the phone after being on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes. Advisor refused to help and cut my call. Why am I being loyal to o2 for more than 10 years?
@CPWTweets Hi, I called CS few times but they closed. Eventually when someone answered they adv me o2 will cancel my contract which they can’t. I want to cancel my contract before my cooling off period end and the network debit money from my account. Help please
