We have all heard the phrase " you can indict a ham sandwich"... Not if the ham sandwich is a democrat!

Sunshine Residential "donated" approximately $200,000 to the Arizona Democratic Party before the 2022 election, another $100,000 in 2023, and $100,000 to Hobbs' inaugural fund.

Sunshine's 2023 reimbursement request after an earlier request had been rejected.

The rejection was from the legislature, ADOA and by law as it was over the increase percentage allowed.

DCS subsequently increased Sunshine's daily rate from approximately $140 per bed to $195, followed by a subsequent contract rate of approximately $234 per child per day.

A.R.S. §41-2534 requires an RFP, adequate notice, fair treatment of offerors and an award based solely upon the stated evaluation factors.

The contract file must contain the written basis for the award.

For an existing contract price increase, ADOA's own APP procedure requires an amendment.

Price-list changes are to be agreed to by the supplier through a bilateral amendment, incorporated into the contract record, submitted, and sent through approval

The most important rule is A.A.C. R2-7-604. If a conttact amendment or aggregate amendments exceed 25% of the original contract amount, outside the originally evaluated option structure, the State Procurement Administrator must determine in writing that the amendment is advantageous to Arizona and that its price is fair and the budget can support the increase.

Let me sum this up for you, Sunshine donated $400,000 to Hobbs and her Democrat buddies. Sunshine approached DCS and ADOA Procurement for a raise, Sunshine was told they did not qualify based on laws and AAC rules.

All the sudden DCS has a change of heart, and awards them a boat load of money. DCS reports to Hobbs.

Did they think the Legislative budget team would just not notice?
The Republican legislative budget team, couldn’t miss it, several members caught this as well… Why here is why:

· At $149/day, 300 children = $44,700/day, or about $16.32 million/year.

· At $195/day, 300 children = $58,500/day, or about
I p$21.35 million/year.

· Difference: $13,800/day, or approximately $5.04 million/year.

· If the applicable rate later reached $234/day, 300 children would represent $70,200/day, or approximately $25.62 million/year. Kinda sticks out...when we have a Hobbs induced budget deficit

These numbers are hard to miss, did this contribute to Hobbs Chief of Staff and Budget Analyst resigning?

Why does Mayes not want any other law enforcement to investigate this...? The dems say that Legislative leadership wasted money on. A special counsel... well know you know, it wasn't a waste. Media fail on all of this.

Cash changes hands. Elders get visited. Blank or open ballots leave the building. Minnesota law limits how many you can carry. Federal law bans the pay-to-vote scheme. None of it mattered.

This is the same machine still fighting every single effort to require citizenship proof and clean the rolls. The same people who call election security “disenfranchisement.”

They never stopped. They just got quieter about the receipts.

Pass the SAVE Act.
Clean the rolls.
End the harvest.
