He made these remarks during the CEO Post-Budget Breakfast Forum organised by @ITC_Kampala, where insurance industry CEOs convene to discuss the implications of the recently presented FY 2026/27 National Budget.
Dr. Sande further challenged insurers to identify at least three actionable targets from the discussions and commit to reporting on their progress at next year’s forum as a way of measuring impact and accountability.

He was recieved by the PSST @rggoobi together with his senior technical team.

The PSST congratulated the the Minister upon his appointment to the senior political leadership position at @mofpedU

Dr.Ggoobi and team also briefed the Minister about the the budget speech he will present this Thursday at Kololo ceremonial grounds.
