No waiting room in Bakhtiarpur Jn. Staff refused entry in vacant collectors' office. On complaining, staff behaved badly and told to complain directly to Prime minister. Train at 12.56am. No place to wait for lady passenge.

@Cashify_ ORDER ID:MPMKA4078066. Pickup scheduled : 30 Dec. Phone picked up and pickup receipt with ack no. 803933561 given. In evening received message pickup cancelled. Called customer care and was told issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. It's 48 hours. Phn gone but order cancld.

38907 is regularly late at Kona Railway station on an average by 10-15 mins resulting in delay in my office arrival time. The train can't even be tracked in NTES app. Requesting u to look into this matter. I'm a banker in @UCOBankOfficial
