@HMRCcustomers I did that and was cut off mid conversation as I have done several times each day this week no one calls back. Also most of the time after the recorded message you don't even get the option to hold.

@HMRCcustomers No specific relating to an employee. She has received a coding notice which splits tax code between employment and pension however she has advised the funder she is delaying taking her pension
