@currys is there a reason why you ignore consumer law? Your agents seem to think that @currys policy supersedes it and won’t refund a faulty item we’ve owned less than 48 hours! @WhichUK have provided us with a letter but perhaps you could help now???
@TUIUK arrived at a FILTHY and oversold hotel in Bodrum last night and not a rep to be seen. Rang your ‘help’ line to be told they would ‘try’ and get someone to ring… would you lie on one of these sunbeds covered in dirt, sweat and hair?
