Data scrapping on an industrial scale to train AIs, e.g., as done by chatGTP, is forbidden by the terms of service of Twitter AFAIK. It is also IMO Twitter`s responsibility to act against this data scrapping to be compliant with data protection laws. Musk has also announced law suits against those scrappers. What else could Twitter have done / what makes Twitter incompetent here?
