Ms. Carson, a WVU student, led Mrs. Haynes’ class at NFP in a fun coding activity centered around Macy’s Thanksgiving day parade. The students paired up & made balloons for the parade. They then used coding to make the balloons move up the street on the parade route.

"The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office." -Dwight D. Eisenhower
Leadership is not about being friends, and it is not about making enemies either, and it’s equally not about making everyone happy. It’s about the provision of purpose, direction, and motivation, while working towards actualizing the goals and objectives of the organisation
I don’t think there are many people who wake up with a goal of doing a poor job at work. Most people are doing the best job they know how. It is the leader’s job to take people where they are… and give them the tools, resources, training, and encouragement they need to grow.
