@EE I recently ‘upgraded’ my broadband complete with new hub, and it’s now awful!! Drops all the time, multiple time an hour I had to turn off and on again on my phone!
@EurostarUK having booked my tickets and selected my seats for an upcoming journey immediately on release, I’m disappointed to have them changed today. I understand it’s an advertised risk, but travelling with children I’d like to know why it’s us who have lost our table seats?

This is exactly right. My positive experience should not be used to quiet those who experienced harm. In most contexts of harm/abuse many, many people don't actually experience firsthand the issues. This is why we need to listen to those who speak up.
I rarely post but to lend my support to Nay I wanted to share. What she writes is true, though not my experience (thanks to a great Team Leader) but I saw people I care a lot about hurt by it. Maybe that’s the challenge for me, it’s too easy to ‘ignore’ if we’re the ‘lucky’ ones.
@sainsburys I’m trying to spend my net to points, but it keeps saying my account is not linked to do that. Then I go in link it it says it’s done and then the same happens again!
