@GallaherCaren That requires in vitro testing of response to antigen, assessment of T-cell expansion post-challenge (Th1, Th2, and cytotoxic T), then B-cell ab production as a result. Requires cell culture and flow cytometry in a specialized lab.

@GallaherCaren Are you trying to detect specific T-cell directed responses to COVID? Bc if so, there isn’t a “simple” lab test to do so and there really won’t ever be. I presume you are wanting to know about ability to respond to a viral challenge once circulating abs are gone. 1/2
