Your staff don’t strive to correct mistakes they have made, they don’t call back when they promise they will and your systems are not fit for purpose. Attempting to upgrade been an absolute disaster

So my ring valued last September at £3900 they have validated my loss at £3925.

They have offered me £2350 if I want to go and get a ring that I am happy with.

I lost my ring a couple of weeks ago. It was professionally valued and named on my insurance with @PolicyExpert

My options are to receive a replacement through the post or accept their settlement figure which is the equivalent of the cost of their company manufacturing it - theoretically cost price.
