Loved the article! One nuance: AI prototyping is increasingly happening directly on real stacks, UI kits, and codebases, with all teams working on the same framework, making prototypes production-faithful and speeding up time to production.

Switching costs define the battlefield: in a saturated market, Google focuses on two key segments — first-time buyers (younger generations) and switchers. A sharp reminder for any product roadmap. https://t.co/myv7ZMGU6Q
AI might replace jobs in the next few years — very likely.
But the real question isn’t what we’ll lose — it’s what we can create and improve.
Time to rethink work: add balance. Make it less routine, more creative, more meaningful.

I’ve always believed that thoughtful reduction is the hardest — and most valuable — skill.
This piece by John Maeda on simplicity and agentic experiences (AX) makes it clear: reducing complexity isn’t about doing less — it’s about enabling more.

Freepik es, ahora mismo, la empresa de software más relevante de España. No solo por tamaño, sino por factores que la hacen única y capaz de competir en innovación con los grandes. Abro hilo y lo explico 👇

Ninety-nine percent of people in the world are convinced they are incapable of achieving great things, so they aim for the mediocre. The level of competition is thus fiercest for “realistic” goals, paradoxically making them the most time- and energy-consuming.
If you are insecure, guess what? The rest of the world is, too.
Do not overestimate the competition and underestimate yourself. You are better than you think.
Unreasonable and unrealistic goals are easier to achieve for yet another reason.
Having an unusually large goal is an adrenaline infusion that provides the endurance to overcome the inevitable trials and tribulations that go along with any goal. Realistic goals, goals restricted to the average ambition level, are uninspiring and will only fuel you through the first or second problem, at which point you throw in the towel.
If the potential payoff is mediocre or average, so is your effort.
The fishing is best where the fewest go, and the collective insecurity of the world makes it easy for people to hit home runs while everyone else is aiming for base hits. There is just less competition for bigger goals.
