@LisaDNews@JudyWoodruff Several Newshour correspondents were conspicuously missing from your video tribute: W Brangham, J Yang, J Brown, M O'Brien. What's up with that?
@mariecfazio Your MI5 column would've been a bit more relatable for Americans if you had explained that MI5 is the British equivalent of our FBI, just as MI6 is analogous to the CIA.
Two weeks from Thanksgiving and we have lots of priorities. Which you would rather invest your money in: A. Charities that give food for the poor. B. Outdoor heaters for maybe a safe little party for friends and family. C. Trump Official Election Defense Fund. - Gail Collins
Whatever happens now, we may spend the rest of our lives dealing with the party-wide normalization of:
β’ Refusal to concede losses
β’ Refusal to transfer power
β’ Efforts to overturn election results
β’ Delegitimation of outparty governance
Very hard to unring this bell
Recent American history is a testimony to what happens if the talented ignore politics for the quiet life and rich rewards of the private sector, and leave the public sphere to carnival barkers and clowns.
@_SaraAridi Saw your NYT piece, "Stay Cool Without Racking Up a Bill". All good ideas, but you missed one: if your neighborhood gets cooler at night, run a window fan overnight with other windows open. Close them all in the a.m., and your house will be cool for the day.
@akishore I cannot use the Word app on my S6 Android tablet for free, when I try to open a new doc it says it requires an Office 365 subscription. Previous tab (S2) allowed free use. What am I missing?
@jeffamy Saw your piece on kids struggling w/ reading and " 'rithmatic" (sic). Looks like you're struggling w/ spelling yourself (arithmetic - w/ an 'e').
Old (1991) strip bouncing around the internets today completely irrelevant to present moment. Kurd in strip is IRAQI not Syrian! Get your countries straight, gang! #PulloutWin
