@glasses_direct unfortunately #Evri seem to have lost my home trial - they were ‘unable to deliver’ as of Friday 13th, with no word since. Can you please look into this for me and/or get a replacement sent. I’ve DMd with my details and latest Evri status. Thanks 🙏🏼

@FatFace contacted you multiple times due to my missing parcel with #Evri - purchased it on 31st December and you’ve not kept me informed at all. They’re your courier company of choice and continuing to use them endorses their horrendous service. Please sort the situation.

It’s now stuck there. no further info on whether it’s salvageable / has been repackaged. @Hermesparcels at no point were u going to tell me either. I had to chase YOU for my missing package.
