Does anyone here have a contact with Telsa management?
My car had unlimited supercharging that was VIN-tied and Tesla confirmed pre-sale… 2020 Model X VIN 5YJXCAE24LF238445. App now says pay-as-you-go. Small issue to some, huge for me. Called and have been told 3 times someone would call back but they have yet to call. Emailed resolutions… no resolution😭
I’m literally heartbroken and in tears. Feeling overwhelmed, disappointed, and hopeless in Texas :( @elonmusk@r_jegaa@SukPatel

My Tesla had unlimited supercharging VIN-tied… confirmed by Tesla pre-sale…but holy high-voltage! It isn’t there now! VIN 5YJXCAE24LF238445. Help me! Image made by @grok
Image made with @grok. Help me @elonmusk! I’ve gone back and forth on whether to post this, but I’m heartbroken and don’t know what else to do. My husband and I have loved Tesla for years. He was able to buy stock in 2020 and we’ve followed the company with pride. We never dreamed we’d own one—until last week, when I was able to purchase a 2020 Model X from a friend. 🧵My husband is retired and took money from his retirement to make this happen.
One of the biggest reasons I bought it? It came with unlimited free Supercharging—a feature listed in the app and confirmed by Tesla support before the purchase. I called, asked carefully, and was told it stays with the car if it’s listed in the specs, no matter who owns it.
My friend—who sold me the car—confirmed it again with a Tesla employee at NorthPark Mall. He told her it’s tied to the VIN, not the owner. That gave us peace of mind. She even went on to buy two more Teslas that weekend.
But after I transferred the car to my account, everything changed. My app suddenly said “pay-as-you-go” Supercharging. My heart sank. I called Tesla again to say there must be an error-I was told it would transfer and thinking it was a glitch I asked it to be restored. The agent I spoke with said that she would investigate and call back but she could see that the feature was tied to the ownership. She said she would look into it further and get back with me. It’s been almost a week and still no response.
I called back and spoke with another agent who confirmed what I had been previously told. In this situation it transfers to the new owner. I asked if I could record him saying that, and he said he cannot consent to being recorded and hung up.
I’ve been calling and waiting—but no one’s followed up. I even sent an email.
This may not seem huge to some, but for us, this was a dream come true—retirement, a Tesla, something we thought we’d never afford. I feel crushed and like I made a terrible mistake. This was a major purchase for us, made only because we believed the information we were given by Tesla.
Tesla, please help make this right. The car’s VIN is 5YJXCAE24LF238445. I have the call logs, names, times, and even the seller ready to help. I don’t want to fight—I just want what was promised. 💔
We believe in Tesla and the mission. We’re loyal owners and shareholders. I truly hope someone sees this and helps us get the Supercharging restored. We are just asking for what was clearly communicated to be honored. Feeling hopeful 🙏 @elonmusk@Tesla

Not everything that grabs your attention deserves your attention.
We are constantly surrounded by information — news alerts, social media opinions, endless commentary. But very little of it actually helps us live better.
Take intentional time away from the noise. Step outside. Move your body. Spend time with someone you trust.
You don’t need to disconnect completely, but be wise about what you let in. Protect your peace. Be intentional with what you consume so you can focus on what actually helps you grow, love, and live well.
