Trained on 12 African languages, it beats models from Google, Meta, Alibaba and HuggingFace on African language modelling and translation while being up to 8x smaller.

𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗔 doesn't belong to us. The weights are open and free to use commercially, so researchers can build on a base that doesn't treat African languages as an afterthought.

4. Unachambua sana (analysis paralysis) - muhimu kuchambua ili ujilizishe kama uwekezaji ni legit na sio ponzi scheme

5. Unataka “guarantee” ya pesa zako. Hamna uwekezaji wa guarantee, isipokuwa kuna unawekezaji wa “high and low risk”.

Kwanini unashindwa kuanza biashara?

1. Una wazo unataka mwekezaji. Anza kwanza, mwekezaji anakuja bdae huko. Usipoteze muda na pitch deck.

2. Unataka uanze ukiwa una kila kitu - we anza na ulichonacho na unachoweza kufanya. Unaweza ukaanza hata kama broker/agent, baadae ukaanza kuuza mzigo wako.

3. “Research” zisizo isha. Fanya “basic research” kupata taarifa muhimu, then anza

4. “Fear of failure” - unaogopa ku fail. Wewe take precautions, minimize your failure risks, anza mdogo mdogo.

5. Fursa ni nyingi hujui uanze na kipi - pick what you are good at, that has commercial value and sizeable market. Usiyumbishwe na story za biashara ya kupeleka nzi Japan.
