@ripofflandrover@jaguarlandrover i have never experienced such awful & devastating customer service as I have from JLR wait 9 months for my velar for it to come damaged 2 months down the line and delivery day comes again for them to call an hour before to say its still damaged!
@British_Airways still nothing from your customer relations team in regards to my claim from April!! What is going on? I’ve called, messaged and everything and still no response??
