@sainsburys wondering why you think it’s ok for home delivery of c.£300 to be 2hrs late, with no notification at any point, eventually a rude driver, and no store call to explain, despite 2x complaints logged. We spend £1000s/yr - is that how you treat your best customers?
@nsandihelp I’ve been hung up on when trying to get to call through. I have Premium Bonds from the 80s, my holder’s number isn’t accepted online, and I have no way of viewing my account and checking personal details. Please can I actually speak to someone who can help? Thx
@vueling you’re criminals: you have our hard-earned money - you’re supposed to have refunded us days ago for the flight you cancelled after 3hrs wait, with no apology. There is no way of contacting you (convenient). You need to contact me to fix this urgently.
@Butchies_London terrible service & horrid food - 30mins to serve (without warning), meaning we had to take away, then given the wrong order. Once on the train, said wrong order was hugely greasy & flaky and blue (wrong) sauce tasted like bleach. Disgusting rip off. Never again.

@MartinSLewis@BBCWatchdog what’s the law on refunds if a retailer sends/delivery company damages costly breakable item? Told by retailer can’t get a refund as not informed within 30 days. Building work delayed so only noticed now. Please, we need advice as this seems unfair. Thx
@VictoriaPlumUK we have just checked a toilet we bought from you, delivered 6 weeks ago (work has been delayed), and it’s severely smashed by the delivery company (really unacceptable and inconvenient). There is no phone number to call to arrange a replacement. Please advise.

So disappointed with my first/trial @waitrose online delivery Fri late eve. Limited choice and brands versus other supermarkets, items went off next day or within couple of days, loads of substitutions, and extortionate prices. Will be returning to @sainsburys and @Tesco !

@LBofBexley This is ridiculous. You, in tandem with Kent police, should be checking the volume of cars blatantly travelling further than allowed plus the very obvious household mixing in your parks. Those get-close-up Covid spreaders are putting dog owners at risk, not the other way around.

@DellUK I ordered a monitor advertised as coming with an HDMI cable but it was not included in the delivery. The DP cable does not format with my Dell Latitude. There are no other connection options. Please can the HDMI cable be sent to me ASAP?
@IKEAUKSupport shocked and appalled to finally receive a fortnight-late delivery (with no contact from @IKEAUK re the delay) with delivery drivers barging into my house during lockdown, without waiting for permission - no distancing at all and no masks on. How can I complain?
