If you’re also not a fan of having to listen to someone else’s entertainment on an airplane, United Airlines now counts listening to video or audio without headphones as an explicit violation of its policies — which means United would be entitled to refusing transport for a passenger on a permanent or temporary basis. 👀

@tescomobile raised a complaint on 29th January. Told 15 days for a reply. Still waiting and customer service chat people are utterly useless and can only suggest raising complaint again to see if that get a response! Are you serious? How do I escalate this please
@AmexUK you used to have a method of suggesting companies that don’t currently accept Amex (presumably so you could contact them and try to get them to sign up) Do you not do that anymore?

@JohnLewisRetail why are you selling the Starlink Mini for £399 when Starlink themselves and all other retailers like Curry’s reduced the price to £189 a month ago. It’s not a sale, it’s a permanent reduction in price, so why are JL selling it for £210 more than everyone else?
