@askryanair @Ryanair You know to stop your ground staff from treating refugees who carry legal documents badly and adding unnecessary stress, you could always give you staff proper training. Just a thought cos it has to stop.

@JaspersBrigitte Did they show her refugees inside the train station that have no water or baby food. Or the refugees that need a ticket to get food that is days old or a rationed piece of apple. I bet no one showed her that. at least she got to see the cities homeless outside the train station.

@joliestweet well done for going to Lviv train station. Unfortunately they showed you the sanitised version. Did you notice those mothers have no water and the food they give them has been laying about for days.Outside you would have seen the the cities homeless and not refugees

@Ryanair you need to stop and think. I'm buying your flights for refugees fleeing war and your Polish airport staff are treating them very badly. They don't have the means to check in, the bags they have contain their entire lives and they don't have money. Give them a break

Vienna - Warsaw - Przemysl bound. Such a disappointing week trying to get Irish charity's and LGBT groups to listen and help with Ukrainian refugees. They are all collecting money but none are active with refugees. #thebigcharityscam

@DublinAirport your staff still refusing to serve customer's who don't have to show boarding pass when buying a pack of Tayyo. Is it any wonder people get stressed at your airport when you have power tripping staff. Sort yourselves out and do something about your nasty staff.
