A newsletter in which a school principal writes that a man who killed a woman with a hammer in a bathroom was "in everybody's estimation, an absolute delight." He was "not a monster", he "did a monstrous act". So damaging, so revealing.

I address food allergy related anxiety with families all the time in the office.

I like to ask those with less anxiety if they have tips for other families.
