@thetrainline hi, I have a booking Aberdeen to Waverley 18th Mar. My return train will be cancelled due to strike. How can I request a refund as your website shows I can only change to a different date? Will I be refunded both ways even if the outbound operator isn’t on strike?

@easyJet Thanks for responding. All other flights from UK to Manchester have published schedules for Nov 2021 so should I assume EJ will not be flying from Aberdeen to Manchester in Nov 2021 & look at alternative airlines? All info on the latest schedules are for 2022
