@chris_neto I just hired a 19yr old who had completed 1yr of a 3yr degree, but had 1yr of part time relevant work experience & a 24yr old who completed his degree. The 19yr old is amazing and the other will take a lot to get up to speed, if he makes it.
It's more about attitude for me.

India seem smart at only 14% right now.
