Incidents like this are far more common this year with the rule change preventing trackside restarts. As riders hold the clutch and extend their save attempts, they shoot back across the racing line. I cringe every time with thoughts of Marco Simoncelli.

@PeterBom4 Can you explain why Yamaha is struggling with traction so much under the new V4? I thought that part of the benefits of that architecture was the power pulse timing compared to the Inline-4 and its ability to provide the tire an opportunity "relax" and regain grip.
