Ex-WSJ reporter, now head of comms for Brad Jacobs's QXO. Ex-XPO. Not all Tweets about work. Opinions-correct. R/Ts-lazy. PS I used to be @EggSandwichGuy.
Nobody in the booth realizes the Bills encroached intentionally to give the Falcons a new set of downs so they could save at least 0:40? Wait is encroached a word? It should be.
Great piece this morning by @Spencerjakab@WSJ . If this isn't your first read in the morning, what the hell are you even doing with your life? https://t.co/Cxt6bF9qqU
I’m at @Bagels_and_Co , and it’s WILD to me how many people come to a great NYC bagel shop and say “toasted.” Even bad bagels are decent toasted, but great bagels DO NOT need to be and SHOULD NOT be toasted. Should I revive @EggSandwichGuy and do another @Kickstarter ??
@conorsen Wanna hear a crazy stat? Since 1990, only three QBs drafted in the top 10 have won a Super Bowl with the team they originally played for. Teams are so obsessed w/getting a QB with "pedigree" on a rookie deal and it very rarely works.
@practicalgolf Anyone who doesn't think this is true has to read both your and @markbroadie 's books. Numbers don't lie. If you're hitting a ton of drives out of bounds, sure, use the longest club that can help you avoid trouble off the tee, but then work on driver the moment that round ends.
Lots of unreal stats and stories from @rtkwrites@Swatisays and @tomelleryrees but the one about the average home price in Toronto exceeding 1.3m is INSANE. What a fine piece of American journalism. https://t.co/Om8DMAof6T
Walmart's store managers have become an increasingly important linchpin in the retailing giant’s strategy, with some making more than $400,000 a year. But finding a store manager that can run a big-box retailer is a challenge. https://t.co/oSEfX2m3eE https://t.co/oSEfX2m3eE
@Sulliview He basically had a 4-act life, and one of those acts captivated the entire nation for more than a year. I think his football and acting career, as well as his post-trial shenanigans, are themselves 3,750. So I might be low!
Hi @Sulliview I share your NYT obit word count obsession and am guessing 6,354 for OJ once the final one comes out. Your guess? https://t.co/EiX6HUJwoW
