Absolute speculation, I'm no rocket scientist, but my first thought was that the 2nd stage ignited. Either way I hope @blueorigin picks themselves back up. We need them all.

@DJSnM I'm no rocket scientist but it looks like the anomaly started higher up towards the 2nd stage, after the hot fire began. It almost looks like the 2nd stage ignited as crazy as that sounds.
