@magattew Korea was brutally colonized by Japan for decades, then got annihilated during the Korean War, and was one of the very poorest countries on the planet.
Japan lost WW2 and was literally nuked twice with similarly grim economic conditions after the war. Many other such cases.
@magattew The Marxist central planning under the Derg regime from 1974 to 1991 caused agricultural collapse, famine, and stagnation. NYC wants to replicate it. Scary times
The leftist obsession with historical victimhood exists entirely to shield corrupt regimes from their own administrative incompetence. Economic realities are indifferent to post-colonial grievances. Prosperity is a direct result of secure property rights and open markets. Vietnam embraced structural liberalization and transformed its economy, while nations clinging to state-controlled dependency inevitably stagnated. The grievance industry is a lucrative shield for failed governance.
3-5 years for a throwing a traffic cone is wild when Hamid Safi, a Rochdale child rape gang member, only received 4 years.
This is how disposable white lives are to them.
The Shining Path (Peru) was one of history’s worst mass-murder movements. International communist support networks funneled funds and seeded propaganda on its behalf, including in the United States.
Hot take: Universities charge $300,000 for a degree that teaches you skills any LLM can do for free. At some point we need to have an honest conversation about whether higher education is the greatest individuals misallocation of capital in recent history.
Henry Nowak died the same way a civilization dies: abandoned, handcuffed by authorities who neither trusted nor cared for him, and accused of hate crimes he did not commit. His murder is as tragic as it is enraging. He should still be alive today, and he would be if the last few generations of European elites had stood their ground against the politics of self-hatred and the mass invasion of migrants, many of whom despise the West and the people who love it.
Henry was far from the first to so needlessly lose his life, and I fear he won’t be the last. Each time a life like his is lost, the proper response—the only response—is righteous anger. One of the most important things the Trump administration has proven to the world is that stopping the flow of mass migration and defending national sovereignty is a matter of political will and leadership. Anything else is an excuse.
It is because we love the West that we want to preserve it. We love our civilization. We love our country. We love our children. And nobody—nobody—should ever die the way that Henry Nowak died. May God comfort those who loved him, and may God rest his soul.
It is beyond EMBARRASSING that “Republicans” continue to block the SAVE America Act.
@SenThomTillis, @LisaMurkowski, @SenMcConnell, and @SenatorCollins have not only betrayed their constituents — they are ACCOMPLICES in Democrats’ “Illegals First” agenda.
The people of North Carolina, Alaska, Kentucky, and Maine deserve better.
The wrong and harmful response to COVID-19 isn’t something that happened to us; it’s something that was done to us. Remember June 5th. My column in today's @nypost: https://t.co/9EcA8sAail
Partially. Born here of parents not here legally and citizens of another country are not entitled to citizenship of this country. They are citizens of the country from which the parents came. If parents are here illegally we have no knowledge of their existence. Therefore, their offspring cannot be citizens.
We shall see which interpretation the Supreme Court supports.
