@Blackhawk @HomeDepot @CashStar The saga still continues. @HomeDepot has farmed out support for this service to a group that doesn’t have a proper understanding of how their internal system works. Thus their support is very poor.

@Blackhawk A simple issue with an e-gift card from @HomeDepot which was never delivered. Poor feedback from @Cashstar and @Blackhawk. My advice to my fellow consumers: avoid purchasing e-gift cards from @HomeDepot if at all possible. It’s an unreliable service.
