I am currently starting Project 1 which is looking to identify the different kinds of sources of stress, and what dairy farmers believe influences mental health. Not only do I want to talk to farmers but also partners and anyone else that you may feel is within your close circle.
Hi Everyone,
Some of you may be aware that I am currently undertaking a PhD investigating mental health in dairy farmers. The main aim of the PhD has always been to listen to those with lived experiences (that might be you).
What do you think about indoor-only cats? 🐈 It can be quite a controversial topic - yet we know very little about people’s perception in the UK.
If you’re over 18 and currently living in the UK, I’d love to hear your thoughts! https://t.co/j7b7u4mG6w
I don't post on here very often but have started a email newsletter and thought I would share the first edition as it is topical to all and something that is worth discussing. https://t.co/lqPYCMDfqP #veganuary#agriculture
Hi Twitter,
The title of my dissertation is Perceptions of mental health in Agriculture. I need 20 people to interview in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire. The interviews will be no longer than 90 minutes and can be on teams or in person.
Thank you,
Joe
@suv65@stationmum101 So then from that I would take that actually the holistic is just a name for a practice which in southern Australia has been done for decades and there for the name is just being used to market it to other farmers globally ?
Dear Twitter
I am doing an assignment on sustainable agriculture. I have chosen to focus on holistic/regenerative agriculture. I wanted to ask for your definitions of holistic/regenerative agriculture to see trends or differences between people.
@JamesHowitt4 @howemill Yes I would definitely agree with this that’s why I personally don’t think there is a blanket definition and that could be one of its largest downfalls but also it’s greatest strength
