My 100 y/o mom is having problems with #Verizon. She wants to reduce her bill by dropping internet. They won't let her unless she changes her land line phone service to digital which won't work if power goes out. Doesn't want to chance that - she wouldn't be able to call for help
@VerizonSupport What are you talking about? She has service now. She just wants to drop internet and #Verizon can't accommodate a customer of over 35 years who turns 100 this year.
I have been a lifelong user of #Quicken. I just spent 1.5 hrs on the phone with support. My quicken was working when i called. They changed something, and now I cannot get Quicken to launch. They gave up and told me to contact Windows support and just abandoned me. Unbelievable.
Had a really bad experience with Cutting Edge Landscape & Lawn Care. We contracted with him to level, fill and seed our lawn and he left us with a ruined back yard that has very little grass growing and is basically a mud pit. He will not return our calls or messages. Stay away.
At #Hilton last night. Wife sick, wanted to cancel tonight's reservation. Hotel said they couldn't, only #Hiltonhonors could. Transferred 3X, told hotel has to handle. At front desk with #Hiltonhonors on phone arguing between the two who can help me. Can you say service?
Hired @GoDaddy to redo our website on 11/1/22. Paid $4,436 up front (mistake) with promises of professional design and writers. Today (12 weeks!), there is still no website. What a mess...so unprofessional. After much complaining, they offer ~1/2 refund. Ripoff!! #godaddy
@GoDaddyHelp Yes, they did, and it was a totally inadequate response! That's why I took to social media guys. Shame on #Godaddy for such poor customer support.
