The reality of it is, it takes what it takes. Our sessions are never more than 90 minutes, 3x a week. If you are on vacation, enjoy it! But if you are in town, get your butt out of bed and get better- or get passed up by someone who is. Summer lifting isn’t what is preventing kids from being kids— the 3 day tournaments over the weekends, every single weekend of summer is guilty of that one.

Sweet Senior Night victory! Defense was lights out, 6 turnovers, including a fumble returned for a touchdown by Layne Pinska and a safety that ended up being the final difference! Way to keep the fight to the finish Spartans! Added bonus our Honor Plaza with a full moon!
