I have posted this to @tindie's latest FB update about the extended outage. For those who are impatient, please consider looking at my new Lectronz store: https://t.co/sIZDn3s9YV
I've finished validation of and am ready to start shipping the "ROAM" #commanderx16 dev cartridge.
Unfortunately, due to the potential popularity of this item, I may need to find somewhere other than Tindie to sell it. Suggestions?
It appears that @tindie is withholding my disbursements because on August 27 I released Calypso and it was popular. Popular new products trigger their "scam" heuristic and they lock down disbursement. This may impact my future ability to roll out new hardware on Tindie.
Regretfully, I have removed all of my products for sale on @tindie after an audit uncovered that they have not disbursed funds for shipped and delivered products since August and have disabled the disburse funds button for me without explanation but have continued taking orders.
It seems that my US-centric knowledge failed to inform me that making my product available to the EU did not make it available to the UK. With apologies to my British friends, things in my Tindie store should be available to you now!
To my #CommanderX16 followers: I'm working on a VERA peripheral that could potentially enable Wi-Fi, air dropping files, USB keyboard/mouse, and Bluetooth keyboard/mouse. I'm making a few prototypes available to early adopters near cost. Let me know if you're interested.
I've been having challenges getting assembly of my surface-mount boards for #OtterX, my DIY #CommanderX16 compatible neo-retro computer, done. Finally have a few panels completed and will have more kits available this week! https://t.co/2fWn5SDGWW
I've been working off and on (mostly off) over the past year on designing a low cost HDMI-compatible output for the #commanderx16. Finally have a prototype working with VERA's pre-DAC digital video signals!

@honda_ken The issue with the Perimice-209 has thankfully been resolved! You can grab a pre-release of the SMC firmware with the fix for it here: Fetching PS/2 data more quickly by stefan-b-jakobsson · Pull Request #29 · X16Community/x16-smc (https://t.co/CRoJmRhwYt)
@mrmccrac83 I think that most games try to organize their data in such a way that all data for a "level" is pushed to VRAM and changes are made between "levels". This may be due to the bottleneck, I'm not sure. This is still just a proof of concept that could open future possibilities.
Good news for those on the waitlist for an OtterX #CommanderX16 compatible kit: I should be able to fulfill those orders at the beginning of next week!
@darthcloud64 It should be. PayPal should notify you when it ships. If you haven't heard anything in the next day, let me know and I will look into it.
A few of my OtterX 8-bit Commander X16 compatible Mini-ITX computers are back in stock for any that missed out. More will be available mid-January.

No YM2151/YM3012 supply chain issues here; they are replaced by my OPM2151 drop-in replacement and I2S DAC chiplets. Buyers may source their own YM2151/YM3012 and swap authentic components in.
