🇺🇸🇷🇺🇺🇦 Melania Trump is bringing Russian and Ukrainian representatives together at the White House today, following her mediation of a ceasefire in Ukraine.

About a week ago, FLOTUS helped negotiate a temporary ceasefire in Oleshky, allowing nearly 800 people to be evacuated from the war-torn city.

The situation had become so severe that residents were reportedly forced to eat grass and weeds, with little access to medicine, clean water, or electricity.

Now, Ukrainian ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets and his Russian counterpart Yana Lantratova will meet in Washington, joined by negotiators from both countries, including Putin's special envoy Kirill Dmitriev.

Zelensky awarded Melania the Order of Princess Olga, for her humanitarian work supporting Ukraine.

While talks are focused on humanitarian issues rather than a broader peace settlement, Melania's diplomatic role is bringing these countries together, face-to-face.

Hopefully, her husband can get out of Iran, then turn his attention to ending this devastating war as well...
