@GoDaddyLife I had to move all my websites to a different company after a couple days of them being down since they are active e commerce sites and I was refused a refund of the year still left on the hosting plan. If it does not work I should not have to pay.
@GoDaddyLife Tell me why my expensive hosting package was down for three days and you could not help me because 2 step verification needs you to send me an email which can't be done when hosted is down. I had to move my domain to a different company just so you could verify my account tohelp
@GoDaddyHelp When you have 2 step verification on your account and you GD hosting is down you cant receive the email to verify your account so they will not help you. Only option is to move the name to a new host and set email up so the can verify. There is no other option.
@GoDaddyHelp Thanks Godaddy. My web hosting was down for 3 days and it took 4 hours on the phone with support over 3 days. Had to move my sites to a new hosting company so they would be up and running. go daddy refused to refund the remaining hosting on my contract over $1,000. You guys suck.
@GoDaddy@PaulENicks I am stepping away from godaddy also. I am in the process of moving 600 plus domains were moved over from uniregistery when godaddy took over from Frank. The support there is nonexistent. Now there making me wait 7 days to transfer some of my names. it's BS.
@DInvesting@Escrow_com I like the landing page but is there a reason you do not have a contact info on it? I find most people want to have some back and forth before shelling out 100K+. I also like the last paragraph about domain brokers.
@DInvesting I am sure you put a lot of time into the research for your articles and if everyone you mention in them wanted to be removed that would be a problem. I would ask them what you could change\update that would make them happy. A link to their site maybe.
@DomainNameWire Godaddy domain privacy is a two step process, once you look it up in https://t.co/wbnkUKkQOf you then need to cut and paste a link from the whois to godaddy to find an email address for the owner. Much harder then other registers to contact owner.
