Importer/Exporter, arch nemisis of MTA, NYC dweller, deprived Philly sports fan. Somehow not playing in the NHL. DM for bookings. Hungry dogs run faster.
@billmeltzer I really hope not. There were way too many nights where he let up goals that NHL caliber goalies have to stop. Ersson is streaky but he can go figure out his consistency on another team.
Fun Bryzgalov story from Brian Burke on @thesheethockey yesterday...
that when was in @TheAHL with Cincinnati back-up goalie had to sit away from the team due to bench space...
Bryz gave kid in the stands $10 to go to get him 2 hotdogs, ate them while game going on. #Flyers
@ADiMarco25 I’m willing to give Briere and co some more time, but I fear they are just new faces of the same Flyers alumni club that continue to get below average results. Briere needs to step up and accelerate the rebuild, they have assets to make deals. They are stuck in purgatory.
@ADiMarco25 This was a solid article and appreciate you holding Tocchet accountable as well. That being said, Briere had to finally step in because they let the Michkov chatter get to this point. They should have addressed it more directly a while ago.
With two goals in his first game against his former team, #LetsGoFlyers Trevor Zegras told @Hartsy43 postgame that this celly was "how quick the phone call was" when the Ducks traded him to Philadelphia. ⬇️
Electric night in South Philadelphia.
@Brodes81 I’m over the Ersson experiment. He’s played over 120 games with the Flyers, they know what he is by now. Way too many soft goals. Time to move on.
@JameyBaskow Come on Jamey, you post everyday about a below average goalie that the team should sign. Alex Lyon would not improve the team’s goalie situation.
