That excludes justifiable homicide, accidents, and of course suicides.

@robert_buxbaum Comparing Aggravated Assault in the US (weapon or serious injury) with Assault with injury (however trivial grazes, scratches etc.) in the UK is grossly misleading.

UK's "5D assault with intent to cause serious harm" is the closest equivalent
